How booking works

- You will receive a paypal confirmation email - no physical tickets will be despatched. We have however, unfortunately, had to build in a new flat fee shipping cost into our workshops which will serve to offset the PayPal charges we incur with each transaction. We apologise in advance to all our costumers for these extra costs, which lay outside our control.

25% OFF FOR MAKLab MEMBERS on all our Basic Workshops
- Enter the discount code 'MEMBER' when prompted at the checkout and the 25% discount will automatically be deducted from the total before you proceed to pay.

10% OFF FOR MAKLab Members on all our Premium Workshops and CPD Courses
- Enter the discount code 'CPD14' when prompted at the checkout and the 10% discount will automatically be deducted from the total before you proceed to pay.

- At the workshop, you may be asked to show your confirmation email and member's card if applicable.

- Please please plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance as building access may be problematic after the workshop has started.

- Bookings are transferable but not refundable and only in the event of giving 72hrs notice, as numbers may impact on the running of the workshop. If you need to cancel your place less than 72hrs before the workshop, we may transfer your booking at our discretion if we can find someone on our waiting list to take your place. Any cancellations on the day of the workshop will not be transferred or refunded.

- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
